How much will shipping cost?

To get an accurate quote, simply add the product to your shopping cart. Go to the shopping cart. Enter your state & zip code to get an accurate shipping quote.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Yes, you can pick up your order from our warehouse, located at 1360 Adams Road, Bensalem, PA 19020

How quickly do you ship orders?

Orders placed before 12 pm EST, will ship out the same day. All Orders are shipped out within 1 business day.

When will my order reach me?

Do you accept returns?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. If they have been opened or used they are not eligible for return. Contact us at support@supabsorb.com to get your Return Authorization. 
If you received the wrong product, faulty or damaged item, please email us support@supabsorb.com within 30 days of the shipping date. Refunds will be issued once the investigation is completed.

Help! My card is not working...
Cards can sometimes be declined for various reasons, some of which may include

  1. Incorrect card number
  2. Incorrect/missing security code
  3. Insufficient funds
  4. Security reasons

It’s usually best to contact your card company to resolve the issue.
